WMS and the Time Of Day

WMS considers that there is no time, during the entire 24-hour day, of 24:00.00, instead, the first minute of a day, 12 AM, is 00:00.00. Times per day range from 00:00.00 through 23:59.99 (inclusive). If time progresses from 23:59 of Day-1 to 00:00, it is now Day-2. There is no 12 Midnight, only 12 AM (the start of a day) and 12 PM (Noon).
